Our delivery times are 3 to 7 working days for major cities: Casablanca, Rabat, Marrakech, Fès and Tangier.

For other cities in Morocco, count 5 to 10 working days. You will receive follow-up by phone or WhatsApp as soon as your order is shipped.

We propose several means of payment:

• Payment on delivery — You pay in cash upon receipt of your order.
• Bank transfer — Make a transfer to our account, we ship upon receipt.
• Payment in showroom — Visit our showroom to pay by bank card or cash.

Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to return a product in perfect condition, in its original packaging.

You cover the return shipping cost. We issue a refund within 48 working hours of receiving and checking the product.

Custom products (on offer) cannot be returned.

Yes, some of our products are available in version Customized. You can customize dimensions, materials and finishes.
