Our team delivers to your home, unpacks and, when needed, assembles and installs your furniture.

Showroom withdrawal

You can collect your order from our Casablanca showroom. We will arrange a pickup time once it is ready.

Return policy

Time limit for withdrawal

In accordance with the legislation in force, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons.

Return conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, in perfect condition.
  • Products Customised cannot be returned.
  • The Return expenses are the responsibility of the client.
  • Reimbursement shall be made under 48 hours after receipt and verification.

Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us immediately via our contact form or by WhatsApp. We will exchange the product at no additional cost.
