Terms and conditions
These conditions govern the contractual relations between ELIYA DECO and its customers.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern all transactions on the ELIYA DECO site as well as by telephone, WhatsApp or showroom. They are systematically communicated to any customer prior to the validation of their order.
Photographs and product descriptions are provided for information purposes. A slight gap between the image and the actual product may exist. Prices are shown in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) inclusive of all taxes (20% VAT). ÉLIYA DÉCO may change prices at any time, but orders are charged at the price in effect when placed.
The order is considered firm and final after validation by the customer and confirmation by ELIYA DECO. The customer certifies the accuracy of the information provided. ELIYA DECO reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of prior dispute, unavailability of the product or manifest error.

The transfer of ownership of the product takes place only after full collection of the price.
Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer. The deadlines announced are indicative. In case of exceptional delay, ELIYA DECO will inform the customer as soon as possible. The customer is required to check the condition of the products on delivery and report any anomalies.
In accordance with Law 31-08 laying down consumer protection measures, the customer has a 14 days from reception to return a product in perfect condition. The costs of return are borne by the customer. Customised products are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. In case of default, contact us quickly for support.
The information collected during the order is necessary for the processing of the order. Under no circumstances are they transferred to third parties. In accordance with Law 09-08, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data.
These Terms and Conditions are subject to Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal action. In the absence of agreement, the Casablanca courts alone have jurisdiction.
